  • Work out and establish the planning system of the division, compile the annual Business Plan, coordinate functional planning.
  • Control and evaluate the process of the fulfillment of the accepted annual Business Plan, prepare statements and reports. Prepare materials for decision-making in the light of changes in the planned and achievable performances.
  • Perform case-by-case control tasks, prepare written summary reports. Coordinate accounting closing activities for all the organizational units of the Division.
  • Make cost-efficiency calculations, analyses, preliminary and follow-up calculations in relation to the activities of the division, and compile statements, reports on the basis of these calculations.
  • Elaborate proposals for the economic sections of contracts.
  • Track financial performances for the entire division.
  • Work out the forms of prime cost calculation and cost allocation for the Division, manage their implementation. Maintain the registered price of inventories from own production and purchasing, manage follow-up calculation activities.
  • Ensure continuous information flow towards the local and global management with respect to the results and economic figures.
  • Contribute to the preparation of evaluations, analyses, as well as the elaboration of annual and periodic estimations.
  • Contribute to the development of the economic, financing alternatives of investment topics, return calculations.
  • Prepare, order the preparation of the costing calculations and forward for the Division to the utilizing units.
  • Coordinate intercompany settlements.
  • Degree in Economics
  • Min. 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in finance (controlling) at a manufacturing company
  • Min. 2 years of leadership experience
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • High-level negotiating and communication skills

  • Process oriented approach
  • User-level IT skills, high level of MS Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is an advantage
