Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing the organization’s security operations.
- Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Organizing and coordinating asset protection activities, including entry and exit control (for both personnel and vehicles).
- Handling mail processing and surveillance systems (e.g., cameras).
- Managing alarm systems and fulfilling other assignments (e.g., escorting shipments).
- Liaising and coordinating with authorities, contracted partners, and peer organizations (e.g., disaster management).
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal/external regulations.
- Conducting risk assessments and audits.
- Facility Security:
- Ensuring physical security measures are in place and effective.
- Managing security personnel to maintain a secure environment.
- Implementing and overseeing security technologies.
- People Security:
- Providing travel security for employees.
- Coordinating security measures for events.
- Ensuring the security of employees outside Teva facilities.
- Product Security:
- Addressing illegal diversion and theft of products.
- Securing the supply chain to prevent breaches.
- Employee Life Cycle:
- Conducting pre-employment screening and vetting.
- Managing security aspects of employee separation.
- Overseeing security onboarding processes for new employees.
- Governance:
- Conducting audits and managing risks.
- Developing and enforcing policies and standards.
- Information Security:
Classifying data appropriately.
- Ensuring proper data handling by end users.
- Implementing data loss prevention (DLP) measures.
- Detecting, mitigating, and resolving insider threats.
- Managing the physical aspects of information security.
- Crisis Management:
- Preparing for and managing crisis situations effectively.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a high-threshold industrial area (e.g., hazardous operations, storage of hazardous materials).
- Active, communicative English language skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle critical situations and make quick decisions.
- Proficiency in security systems and technology.
- Flexible, adaptable attitude.
