Tasks

  • Support the Site Manager, follow –up and organize his daily routine, keep in contact with the members of the Senior Leadership Team
  • Take part in organizing events
  • Prepare reports and presentations both in Hungarian and English
  • Handle and organize travelling abroad for SLT members
  • Handle documents, postings, office supplies
  • Submit purchase orders
  • Participate in handling invoices arriving to the division
  • Welcome foreign visitors of the SM, organize their accommodation and travelling

The ideal candidate

  • Has experience in administrative support of senior managers and multinational organizations
  • Has min. high school degree, BSc is preferred
  • Commands a fluent level of Business English
  • Has user level knowledge of Ms Office applications
  • Is a person with excellent communication and organizing skills
  • Is a proactive, trustworthy and confident person.
