Your responsibilities

 

As an Operational Excellence (OPEX) Site Leader, you will lead the site team, drive change initiatives, and ensure the successful implementation of Teva’s Global Production System standards.
You will coach and empower employees to foster engagement and achieve continuous improvement in site performance, quality, service, and cost competitiveness.

In this role you will…

 

•    Perform all tasks and behave in a manner that complies with and supports all safety and stewardship-related company policies and practices, including completing all required company training courses.
•    Lead complex projects and deliver on key targets across sites.
•    Understand and operate within the given budget.
•    Build and leverage site OpEx capabilities (know-how/expertise) to identify, implement, and sustain site performance improvements in close collaboration with the Site GM and global team.
•    Deploy OpEx standards to achieve top-quartile performance.
•    As an influential member of the site management team, promote cross-site initiatives, teamwork, and collaboration across various site functions.
•    Translate the site strategic plan into a workforce plan (capabilities, roles, headcount, culture). Empower the team and create an environment that encourages efficiency ideas and projects.
•    Lead the site team through effective line management, coaching, and training.
•    Implement Production System KPIs, build site capabilities, and establish structure and methodology to ensure rigor.
•    Ensure local project follow-up, provide regular feedback to the central team, and propose project plan changes as required.
•    Be the accountable person for rolling out TLMS across the full site.

Your profile

 

•    University degree in a technical, pharmaceutical, chemical, or industrial engineering field
•    Lean expert certification, including at least Six Sigma Black Belt; knowledge of TPM and WCM is an advantage
•    Solid understanding of agile methodology
•    3–5 years of proven leadership experience, including people management
•    Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
•    Cross-functional experience in areas such as Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, or Supply Chain
•    Strong project management skills with excellent time management and prioritization abilities
•    Exceptional collaboration, communication, and organizational change management skills
•    Fluency in English, both written and spoken
