About the Role

 

You will lead all aspects of facility operations and security management, including strategic planning, vendor performance, maintenance, and crisis response. This is a key leadership position with responsibility for cost optimization, service quality, and adherence to corporate security policies.

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute site-level FM and security strategies aligned with global policies and standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, janitorial services, confidential waste, mail room, and technical security systems.
  • Vendor Management: Select, manage, and evaluate vendors; conduct regular performance reviews; implement cost-saving strategies and innovation initiatives.
  • Budget Control: Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial efficiency across all FM and security activities.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, Teva SOPs, and EHS standards; support internal and external audits with accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Security Oversight: Implement security SOPs, monitor technical security systems, and support investigations of breaches, theft, or misconduct in collaboration with Corporate Security.
  • Training & Awareness: Educate employees and management on security protocols and best practices under Global Corporate Security guidelines.
  • Crisis Management: Act as the single point of contact for FM & Security escalations; respond promptly to accidents or emergencies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide timely reports to site management and regional FM & Security teams; maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement and emergency authorities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation, cost optimization, and process improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in facility management with involvement in security management.
  • Proven track record in managing projects and working within international companies.
  • Experience in procurement processes and vendor performance management.
  • Familiarity with company general services and ERP systems (preferred).

  • Ability to manage subcontracted vendor staff to high performance standards.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of building systems within an office/manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of security management principles and technical security systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and FM Work Order systems.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred in Facility Management, Logistics, or Engineering).

Language:

  • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
