How you’ll spend your day

How you’ll spend your day
The role includes the following main responsibilities to support services offered by the Global Messaging Team: 
•    Provide support for daily global operational activities related to Messaging platforms, including MS Exchange on-premises, Office 365 email services, and Mobile Device/Application Management (MDM/MAM) services.
•    Perform daily tasks necessary to maintain a stable and robust email service.
•    Provide tier 3 support for Email and Mobile Device/Application Management (MDM/MAM) services.

Your experience and qualifications


•    Possess strong expertise in managing both on-premises MS Exchange and Office 365 email services.
•    Having a good knowledge of mobile device management with any MDM platform (such as Microsoft Intune, MobileIron (Ivanti), VMware AirWatch, or any other alternative) is a plus.
•    Demonstrate very good PowerShell scripting skills.
•    Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Have an excellent command of English.
