Our Team, Your Impact

This role leads the integrated Corporate Affairs, Public/Institutional Affairs, and Communications strategy for Teva Mexico to strengthen institutional positioning and corporate reputation; enable policy and access conditions; provide communications support for the portfolio and product launches; and foster a high-performance internal culture, while ensuring alignment with the LATAM regional narrative and global standards.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

A) Government Affairs, Policy, Access & Institutional Relations: Design and execute the government and institutional engagement agenda with key stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health (SSA), Ministry of Economy (SE), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE), and other relevant bodies, to enable operational continuity, market access, competitiveness, and strategic priorities

B) Reputation, Media & Corporate Brand (Leadership & Spokespersonship): Lead the media agenda for senior executives and the corporate brand, increasing reputational visibility in key media outlets and building a consistent institutional narrative (access, local investment, clinical trials, and launches).

C) Business Support: Internal/External Campaigns & Disease Awareness (Rx Compliance): Support commercial teams and technical areas with Disease Awareness initiatives through PPRR-compliant campaigns and internal communications, ensuring understanding and engagement with current portfolios and business priorities.

D) Crisis Management / Issues Management: Lead the crisis communication strategy (quality, supply, regulatory, or reputational), including protocols, Q&A documents, key messages, alignment with Legal/RA/QA teams, and engagement with authorities.

E) Footprint Communications / Change Management (Organizational Changes): Design and implement communication plans for organizational changes (reductions, team integrations, restructurings, exits), including message guidelines, FAQs, leadership cascades, and manager toolkits, minimizing reputational risk and maintaining cultural stability.

G) Corporate Social Media & Positioning Narrative: Manage the corporate social media strategy (Mexico–LATAM–Global flow), aligned with the LATAM Social Media Strategy, to strengthen digital presence and corporate identity.

H) Sustainability, CSR, Teva Gives & “Humanizing Health”: Lead the Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility agenda (Healthy Future), as well as the Teva Gives volunteer program (minimum of two activities per year or equivalent annual objective).

I) Employer Branding & HR as a Key Internal Client: Design and implement the Employer Branding / EVP strategy, in close coordination with HR as a key internal client, highlighting cultural milestones and strengthening Teva’s reputation as an employer of choice

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Communications, International Relations, Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, or related field)

 

Experience: Relevant experience in Corporate Affairs / Public Affairs / Corporate Communications within a regulated industry.

 

Languages: Bilingual English
