How You’ll Spend Your Day

Strategic Optimization:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize market performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Demand Forecasting and Modeling:
Leverage market intelligence and customer data to accurately forecast demand and effectively influence market behavior.

End-to-End Approach:
Collaborate closely with global supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial teams to seamlessly integrate market planning into operational strategies.

Scenario Planning Analysis:
Conduct rigorous scenario analyses to anticipate market changes, mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector.

Proactive and Predictive Analytics:
Utilize advanced analytics and predictive modeling techniques to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Warehouse, IT, and Finance—to align market plans with business objectives and drive cohesive execution.

Performance Monitoring:
Track and evaluate market performance metrics, KPIs, and financial indicators to assess strategy effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting and Presentations:
Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key findings, insights, and recommendations.

Management and Assurance of Arrivals and Inbound Records:
Release, adjust, and manage purchase orders (POs) and supply commitments; ensure accurate inbound recording.

Customs Tracking:
Manage and monitor the entry and exit of products through customs.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. A postgraduate degree (MBA, Master’s) is preferred.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in market planning, strategic optimization, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into a compelling narrative and clear, actionable insights.
  • Strategic mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Experience in scenario planning, predictive modeling, or forecasting is considered an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to derive strategic insights from analysis, and to clearly summarize and present those insights in an impactful manner
  • .Experience in demand forecasting, scenario planning, and predictive analytics.
  • Ability to work with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
  • Knowledge of import permits and regulatory requirements.Advanced English proficiency, demonstrable.
