How you’ll spend your day

  • Supervise and direct the maintenance and repair operations of the buildings where the Company operates, through the management of contracts with external providers, ensuring the quality and safety standards defined corporately.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with external providers and contractors to ensure high-quality services are provided while keeping costs under control.
  • Make sure to establish clear contractual agreements with suppliers that define the obligations and responsibilities of both parties, as well as the required quality and safety standards.
  • Establish a continuous monitoring system to ensure that suppliers maintain quality and safety standards over time.
  • Ensure that the external teams that provide services are duly trained and have the necessary tools and resources to carry out their work effectively, likewise, ensure an induction process that allows them to safely transit through the Company's facilities.
  • and Guarantee that suppliers and contractors comply with the applicable legal regulations, conducting audits to verify compliance with the rules and regulations periodically.
  • Make payments for the services delivered, meeting the deadlines agreed with the suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage the budget for the Facilities area, doing monthly monitoring and identifying deviations and proposing corrective measures to ensure compliance with the proposed budget objectives.
  • Strategic Oversight and Optimization: Develop and implement fleet management strategies, oversee budgeting, ensure compliance, and manage vendor relationships to optimize vehicle utilization and reduce costs.
  • Leadership and Maintenance: Provide leadership to the fleet coordinator, oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, and implement safety programs to ensure efficient and safe fleet operations.

Your experience and qualifications

 

  • Studies: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related careers.
  • Work experience: more than 5 years in similar positions, which consider the management of facility operations or building maintenance, including the administration of third-party service contracts.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
