The opportunity

Are you a dynamic HR professional ready to make an impact during a time of transformation? We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in supporting both day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives.

How you’ll spend your day

Managing employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
Advising managers and employees on HR policies and employee relations matters
Contributing to strategic HR initiatives including workforce planning and performance management
Assisting with HR projects, change management, and employee engagement activities

Your experience and qualifications

•Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

•3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a regulated environment

•Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems

•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

•Fluency in English
