How We’ll Take Care of You
How you’ll spend your day
Support the execution of Alliance Management and Launch Excellence initiatives by coordinating operational activities, tracking performance, managing projects and preparing executive-level analyses and reports, enabling senior leadership to focus on strategy and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
Alliance Management Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day operational execution of alliance agreements with external partners.
- Track deliverables, KPIs, timelines and contractual commitments.
- Track partners performance reports (sales, market share, supply chain, forecast vs. actuals).
- Consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Medical.
- Identify operational risks and escalate issues when needed.
Launch Excellence / Project Management
- Act as operational Project Manager for product launches.
- Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies and action plans.
- Track launch readiness and post-launch performance.
- Maintain project dashboards and status reports for leadership reviews.
Commercial & Financial Analysis
- Analyze sales performance, forecasts and market share evolution.
- Monitor KPIs and identify deviations vs. plan.
- Support basic financial and performance modeling for launches and alliances.
- Develop clear and structured executive presentations.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow up on action items.
- Serve as operational point of contact between internal teams and partners.
Your experience and qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or regulated industries.
- Exposure to commercial operations, launch management, PMO and analytics roles
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Advanced Excel and solid PowerPoint capabilities.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Microsoft project.
Education
Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, International Business or related fields.
