Job Description


Purpose: The HR People Services Analyst provides direct attention to internal clients regarding HR matters. Support the shared services area in the different implementations, projects and applications of the area. 


Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifies opportunities to improve the Employee Experience.
2. Maintains the H2R process
3. Processing tickets in Snow
4. Participates in global HR processes/system administration and/or support development projects.
5. Designs, plans, tests and implements both new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
6. Develops or modifies processes to ensure the effective storage, retrieval and reporting of employee data.
7. Ensures integrity of HR databases and any downstream impact with any/all changes.
8. Works closely with the HR department to manage change requests and ensure compliance



Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Experience: 2 years in HR activities.

Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive HR subject matter expertise in the areas of HR administration, Payroll Services and Shared services delivery. Solid knowledge of any HR System (Oracle, Success Factors). Experience working in a matrix organization. General understanding of the industry practices, techniques and standards.
