Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week starting in May, this will be a day shift position.
The qualified candidate will fulfill a co-op opportunity in one of the following areas: Operations, Environmental Health & Safety, Manufacturing Science &Technology, Quality, or Engineering.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Co-op will work with Production Engineers in manufacturing technologies such as: dry/wet granulation, compression, coating, and encapsulation, packaging technologies such as bottle filling and blister thermoforming. This individual will provide manufacturing/packaging operational support including: root cause problem solving, continuous improvement, deviation investigations, and Corrective action plans.
Your Skills and Experience
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university program preferably pursuing a chemical, mechanical, or Bio-medical engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be required to engage with other departments within the site.
- Strong time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Visio, Project)
- Works independently and receives minimal guidance.
This is a full- time Co-Op position. There is one positions available. Housing subsidy is not provided as part of this program and must be funded 100% by the student.
