The Position

Embark on a future with an international pharmaceuticals company, contributing your creative energy to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this experience. Location:  Cincinnati, OH

Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week starting in August, this will be a day shift position.

Pay:  $15/hr

Tasks & Responsibilities

This Co-Op position would be assigned to the Operations group working with Production Engineers in manufacturing technologies such as:

  • Dry/wet granulation, compression, coating, and encapsulation
  • Packaging technologies such as bottle filling and blister thermoforming

You will provide manufacturing/packaging operational support including:

  • Root cause problem solving
  • Continuous improvement
  • Deviation investigations
  • Corrective action plans

Will lead projects to enhance performance in OEE through TPM to include equipment reliability, minimize quality write-offs, and improve equipment throughput.  This facility is a women’s hormonal production operation and use and ability to work in gowning and respirators a requirement but infrequent in this role.
