Job Description

Supports MS&T functions including but not limited to cleaning MGF/PKG validation, R&D /Tech transfer, materials sampling and testing. Create, reviews and approve various documents including Cleaning, Manufacturing, and Packaging Protocols, Reports, and Memos; MES verifications; SOPs, Forms, and Work Instructions. Provides technical support to MS&T Validation Engineers and Operations in cleaning, manufacturing, and packaging processes. Ensures adherence to procedures and guidelines to maintain consistent and compliance in technology transfer processes, R&D and validation batches. Ensures timely execution of operator training, batch sampling and testing, and submission of samples to QC lab.

 

Supports MS&T validation engineers and operations in batch execution, documentations, and other activities deemed necessary. Manages and organizes inventory of MS&T Lab/ MS&T Cage, and office supplies.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting cleaning validation activities by taking, preparing, and submitting swabs.
  • Author, edit, and review GMP documentation including but not limited to cleaning validation, process validation, packaging PQ and validation, SOPs, protocols and reports..
  • Initiates, investigates, and manages DR’s, CAPA’s, and CC’s.
  • Perform statistical analysis and summaries using JMP or equivalent.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as  MES review/APR’s/Protocols, data review
  • Order department supplies and manage MS&T laboratory and cage inventory.
  • Works within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical experience preferred
