Job Description

 This role will actively support site personnel with financial reporting requirements related to inventory, fixed assets and expense management in an operations finance environment.

  • Provide support to site personnel with regards to production output and absorption analysis and other finance-related tasks
  • Calculating reliable, complete, timely and comprehensive standard costs for products manufactured at the site
  • Prepare and analyze various accruals and provide general support in quarterly close process
  • Maintain financial routine including managerial reports, meetings and gap analysis
  • Reconcile financial systems - SAP and Hyperion Planning. Identify mapping issues and work to resolve. Ensure monthly expenses are correctly coded
  • Support ERP system transition from Oracle to SAP and SAP after go-live improvements
  • Provide input to continuously improve finance processes and procedures and related outputs
  • Perform other Finance and Accounting functions or ad hoc analysis, as necessaryT
  • Team Player: demonstrate strong communication skills, responsible to support the team tasks when needed 
  • Highly committed person that displays a strong sense of ownership for work and relies on self to develop and deliver results.



Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting

Education Preferred

  • MBA or CPA

Experience Required:

  • 3+ year’s relevant corporate experience in accounting and/or financial analysis, preferably in various capacities or rotations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated advanced Excel & Modeling experience

Experience Preferred:

  • Experience within or with exposure to the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with financial systems; Oracle , SAP and Hyperion Planning a plus
