Job Description

You Will:

  • Lead to establish a robust master data governance program for Teva regional, at the Cincinnati site, to ensure that data remains current and compliant across all systems (MES, SAP, LIMs, TevaDoc, Master Control, etc.)
  • Support the regional development and roll out of data governance aligned with MES/ SAP kick-off to reduce compliance risks and labor implication of the roll out
  • Ensure that changes to electronic systems, specification, batch documentation, equipment and systems are completed, verified, and documented according to a streamlined approved change control procedures and in compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Create systems to continually evaluate processes, leveraging data, including internal and external customers to ensure optimal change management performance and compliance
  • Recommend technology and equipment to be used for specific operations. Design and modify practices and procedures when necessary.
  • Continuously look for new, innovative ways to increase productivity and efficiency and decrease cost. Develop processes to meet changing business needs that are sustaining and adaptable.
  • Establish and implement KPI’s for data reliability in order to assure the timely completion of and the effectiveness of change management and data reliability and to enable system sustainability and continuous improvement.
  • Implement global best practices and actively share knowledge and lessons to contribute and support a high professional level of compliance globally.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement within business using Operational Excellence principles while continuously developing quality best practices.
  • Responsible for Product Changes & Launches Plan, monitor execution, coordinate and communicate to the relevant interfaces the sites launch preparations and site’s products changes and material changes based on global priorities. Track and implement artwork changes.
  • Manage Supply Service ensuring site’s customers receive delivery on schedule through the commitment process. Manage inter-company orders, handle exceptions, raise flags and drives conflict resolution.
  • Works with Plant Controller to understand impact of supply, demand, delivery, customer service on the site budget
  • Maintains an understanding of key areas of opportunity within the supply plan where new business can be generated.  Evaluate new bids in terms of capacity, timing, inventory, and material availability to meet increased demand.
  • Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems.
  • Develops plans and delivers results in fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory environments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Administration, Supply Chain Operations or related discipline an asset.
  • 5 + year progressive experience in Supply Chain, Quality systems, and production systems within the pharmaceutical / food/ consumer health goods industry.
  • Experience in managing manufacturing processes, productivity, and efficiency measurements
  • Experience with SAP/ MES, change management, and innovation to integrate electronic systems for a compliant environment
  • A proven track record in continuous improvement, leading successful teams, empowering/ enabling people and talent management
  • Practical experience in leading teams within an OPEX/ lean manufacturing environment
  • Adequate practical experience with site Quality, Production, Vendor Management, and quality control practices
  • Collaborate internally and externally to influence cross-functional change, while coaching and mentoring leaders to deliver systemic changes to control compliance, priorities, and meet all deliverables
