We're Teva, a global pharmaceutical company, committed to increasing access to high-quality healthcare to patients around the world and we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Solutions Team in Ridings Point (Castleford) to provide administrative support both internally and externally to the wider customer solutions team, customers, health care professionals and patients.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 1 year fixed term contract

A day in the life of a Customer Service Administrator

  • You will support the business with sales order processing tasks via the SAP system
  • You will report on various sales order related issues regarding pricing and availability
  • You will raise credits for customers inline with our customer returns management process
  • You will work with commercial quality to provide administrative support to the UK quality complaints function utilising our in-house system
  • You will liaise with patients and Health Care Professionals via telephone or email
  • You will provide a reconciliation between SAP and the Warehouse Management System for any shipping issues
  • You will be responsible for the creation of new accounts in SAP along with any account amendments for current customers

Who we are looking for

Do you have...?

  • Proven track record within a high-volume data entry and administration role and/or a recent graduate with a willingness to learn
  • Good IT skills and confident using the Microsoft office systems (Word and Excel)
  • Strong communication skills and able to work on your own initiative
