We are currently recruiting a Customer Solutions Retail Lead to join our Customer Solutions team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract in Castleford, West Yorkshire.

A Day in The Life Of a Customer Solutions Retail Lead..

  • You will be providing a professional, comprehensive ‘customer focussed’ service to the retail customer and the Teva external sales force
  • You will be establishing long-term relationships with customers based on integrity, trust and mutual benefit
  • You will be working collaboratively with the business to support achievement of objectives
  • You will be working collaboratively with internal and external customers to develop effective customer coverage plans, provide excellent customer service and deliver customer specific continuous improvement
  • You will be effectively handling and resolving customer queries while informing key stakeholders as appropriate
  • You will support our digital initiatives including the Your Teva platform and live chat

Who We Are Looking For..

Do you have?

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (although not essential)
  • A proven track record in delivering excellent customer service by understanding needs and exceeding them
  • Experience working in a customer facing role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships easily
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail skills


Are you?

  • Able to work collaboratively and cross functionally within a high performing team
  • A confident communicator – both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – word, excel
