We would like to invite applications for the role of  Associate Director Customer Interaction within our UK Sales Force and Customer Experience department to support the shaping of the future customer landscape of Teva UK, understanding the drivers of key customer groups looking for and leading new initiative opportunities/synergies and projects to ensure teva harnesses the true meaning of customer centricity and profitable partnership longevity.

 

Location: flexible (office based in one of our sites or field based). Occasional travel may be required.

Please note: this is not a People Manager role. You will be an individual contributor to the team.

A day in the life of...

  • You will be responsible for the development, enablement, execution and tracking of a One Teva customer engagement plan that incorporates an omnichannel strategy for each strategic account.
  • You will collaborate across the Teva’s network of teams and stakeholders to ensure full leverage and utilisation of available channels, driving best in class customer experience and increased customer satisfaction
  • You will work closely with our strategic customers to align objectives and focus on delivering best in class  customer service to the mutual benefit of teva and our customers
  • You will work closely with Commercial Customer Facing  and wider commercial teams to fully understand the current strategic and key customer landscape of Teva UK
  • You will seek ways to promote a One Teva approach to customer interactions 
  • You will provide project management/leadership to ensure the successful implementation of UK projects aligned with European customer partnership programs
  • You will operate as a trusted owner of the customer strategy for Strategic Accounts
  • You will develop, own, execute and measure the customer interaction plan with relevant stakeholders with the ultimate goal to improve customer experience
  • You will champion and deliver customer needs through the planning and execution of Teva’s strategy
  • You will leverage customer insight to understand the customer segment and strengthen the ability to deliver the right message to the right customer, through the right channel at the right time.
  • You will work across the product, marketing and digital teams to ensure delivery of the customer strategy through clear tactical plans across all channels
  • You will remain up to date with market trends in order to drive innovation in within the customer segment
     

Who we are looking for

Do you have...?

  • Significant experience on Customer Centricity in a commercial environment, ideally in a customer-driven and digital-first, Omni-channel marketing environment 
  • Experience within defined customer segment would be advantageous
  • Project management experience
  • Stakeholder management experience, especially in matrix organizations (managing across departments and business cultures)
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing channels (both digital and traditional) and how to they can be used to maximize customer engagement , ideally through demonstrable omnichannel experience
