Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Communications Manager interested in joining us in UK (Castleford or Harlow) or Ireland (Dublin). The role is full-time and temporary (12 months contract).

 

Overall Job Purpose

Leading on digital corporate presence and implementation for Teva UK Limited, together with providing general internal and external communications support to Teva UK Limited and Teva Ireland.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing  digital communications  programmes and projects that build the Teva brand and profile at both a corporate level and across our commercial business units, and which support the company's key objectives.
  • Managing  and leading the company's corporate online presence (corporate-level websites, intranet and apps), building an excellent online experience for internal and external audiences. This will include, but is not limited to: improvements  and developments, content maintenance and development, look and feel, functionality and search, and ensuring that interfaces with back office processes are robust and seamless.
  • Managing the company's  corporate level social media activity.
  • Providing digital support, expertise and advice to business stakeholders to support them in implementing their plans and achieving their objectives. Project management  of multi­ channel internal and external communications  plans and campaigns  that support the company's key objectives.
  • Briefing and liaison with external design/advertising  agencies for creation and support to communication plans and campaigns.  Selecting/eliminating initial design concepts and progressing  further, proofing, editing and ensuring correct code of practice sign off is followed.
  • Defining and implementing  internal communications  processes and projects  to support the creation and maintenance  of an informed, motivated workforce.
  • Creating messaging support within context of Teva's brand objectives.
  • Undertaking  other corporate communication and business activities

 

Additionally:

  • Working  with colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of digital and other communications projects
  • Ensuring excellent working relationships  with and beyond Teva colleagues
  • Prioritising workloads to ensure all work is completed to deadline
  • Complete accuracy and approval for all outputs
  • Ensuring  that  all  projects  comply  with  relevant  industry  codes  of  practice,  primary legislation and statutory regulations
  • Occasional requirement  for travel to other Teva offices and off-site meetings.  This may include overnight stays
  • The role-holder  may  be required,  exceptionally,  to be on call  as an out of hours contact or to work antisocial hours
  • Confidentiality  will be a requirement  of the role: the role-holder  will be in possession  of confidential information  from time to time, and the ability to respect  the need to uphold confidentiality when necessary will be a key challenge

Qualifications

  • Communications, design or web-based qualification e.g. relevant degree or vocational qualification
  • Experience of and knowledge in all aspects of Digital Marketing  Communications
  • Ability to analyse situation and plan actions that contribute strongly to business strategy and objectives
  • High level of commercial acumen
  • High level of computer literacy in Window based packages and Sharepoint
