A Day in the Life of a Cluster HR Director:

As a member of the board of Teva UK the Cluster HR Director will support and influence the development of Teva UK&IE business strategies and change or transformation plans. The Cluster HR Director will provide advice, counsel and thought leadership on all people and change aspects to Cluster GM and site or functional leaders with UK&IE.

Location: Flexible UK&IE


Main accountabilities:


  • Partner with business and functional leaders to execute UK&IE business strategy plans. Act as a Business Partner for the Commercial Cluster GM & senior stakeholders ensuring that people processes and cluster people initiatives are deployed in a coordinated manner 
  • Develop and deliver integrated people plans that enable the business strategies and or change plans, driving a One Teva mind set and approach within Cluster HR team and across HR programmes
  • Continually evolve and improve the employee experience across all business units through a positive, enabling and healthy work environment throughout the employee lifecycle 
  • Identify and develop the critical technical and leadership capabilities required to enable the future success and build a robust talent pipeline
  • Continuously improve the operational efficiency of the HR service, reducing bureaucracy and low value activities and improving the employee experience
  • Ensure alignment and compliance with country legislation and company policies and procedures 
  • Oversee country specific employee and labour relations activities and issues and ensure compliance to country legislative, regulatory and employee best practices  
  • Manage the Cluster HR team and budgets and represent the Cluster perspective and needs to regional and global colleagues

Do you have? 


  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Generalist experience in HR paired with several years of programme and people management experience
  • Knowledge of current & evolving best practice in people management
  • A proven track record of change and transformation management 
  • Specialist experience in talent management and employee engagement
  • Corporate governance and employment law knowledge
