Job Description

In your role as Sr. Director, Program and Project Management – Digital Health will lead the Program Management team in the delivery of products that will create a sustainable competitive advantage for Teva Pharmaceuticals. The candidate will champion the criticality of Program Management. The role is broad and pivotal and therefore it will be essential to form a strong partnership with the other teams within the Teva Digital Health organization and with brand leaders. This role will lead the execution and delivery of all projects, managing day-to-day activities, risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and timelines in order to hit all program goals on time, within scope, and with required quality.


This position reports directly to the VP of Digital Health. Key activities include, but are not limited to:


  • Accountable for delivery of Digital Health products, taking into account the needs of internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Support development of engaging end to end products, apps, and services
  • Review, approve, and commit to project plans with the ability to describe and defend them and their commercial viability. Manage overall budget and drive related processes (AOP, LRP,
  • Manage team of project managers to define and maintain the project roadmaps, resource needs, budgets, and risks, considering the entire system of apps, cloud backend, and dashboard. Continually adjust direction as required.
  • Lead and support direct reports to:
  • Ensure alignment of all project plans with Product requirements, QMS Requirements and Program Plans
  •  Plan, Track and Manage all phases of a project lifecycle, from scoping and initiation through to implementation:
  • Define the Project Charter including scope, Project requirements and measures of success
  • Schedule and track all project deliverables with relevant functional teams (Product, UX, Dev, TST, V&V, QMS, DHO etc). 
  •  Facilitate project Gate Review checklists, Scrum/Agile Processes and any execution related meetings and decisions
  •  Manage project Budget and Financials as well as a Resource Plan in alignment with Project charter and overall program budget
  • Track and report project status and metrics to all relevant stakeholders on an on-going basis



Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or relevant advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or other relevant field
• 8 plus years of engineering or project management experience (regional or global)
• Knowledge and experience across multiple technologies and preferably in pharmaceutical or medical devices
• Experience working in an Agile environment


• Domestic and international travel (20%)
