Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Product Design Lead. This is a pivotal role within the Teva Pharmaceuticals Digital Health team, which is charged with leading, planning, and executing Teva’s activities to propel us into Digital Health and improve the experience of patients and other key customers (e.g. payers/providers and HCPs). Teva Digital Health is accountable for the complete lifecycle of Digital Products, from ideation through product development to market introduction and product support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with executive level stakeholders to conceptualize, define, and design innovative solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to research, prioritize, design, and implement features for product releases.
  • Plan and lead design sprints, while communicating requirements, UX strategy, and design principles to designers for execution.
  • Manage designers and external vendors to ensure a seamless and consistent experience across an ecosystem of products.
  • Own the creative output of our design team and present designs to internal and external teams and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Advocate the role and value of UX within the organization.
Qualifications

Education Required:

  • BSc./BA in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or relevant creative discipline.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of working experience with a proven portfolio in product design (including native mobile and web apps). Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Knowledge and experience across multiple technologies and preferably pharmaceutical or healthcare.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Up-to-date with UX/UI best practices, latest trends, and processes.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Abstract, Zeplin, InVision, Adobe CC Suite, Framer, Principle, etc.).
  • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Relevant experience with User Research, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Branding, Marketing, Illustration, Data Visualization, Documentation…etc.

Education Preferred:

  • Master’s degree or relevant advanced degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or creative discipline.
