Job Description

The POSITION delivers value by:

  • Defining and operationalizing, in collaboration with the SGM, Site Leadership Team, and HR colleagues, a workforce strategy/plan to ensure the site has the right quantity and capability of talent, with effective levels of engagement and productivity, underpinned by a strong culture of Operational Excellence, required to execute the site strategy and achieve desired business results.
  • Defining and partnering closely with site leadership to develop the next generation of capabilities – both technical and leadership capabilities – to ensure talent retention and a robust talent pipeline to enable the specific Business strategy, and the broader Teva strategy.
  • Establishing or improving HR service delivery for the site to reduce bureaucracy, leveraging Teva’s global HR infrastructure, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with country labor/employment laws.

Qualifications

  • University Degree preferably in Economics and Master in HR Management
  • HR experience required in an industrial environment
