The opportunity
Are you a tech-savvy leader ready to drive digital transformation in the healthcare sector? Join us to lead IT strategy and innovation manages IT projects across Argentina and Uruguay, working closely with global and regional LATAM teams.
How you’ll spend your day
- Lead IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives (AI, RPA, analytics) for commercial operations.Act as the single point of contact for all IT/digital needs across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, HR, and more.
- Design and implement IT commercial strategies for IT services and solutions in ARG/UY aligned with Global and LATAM needs.
- Manage global and regional IT projects (PMO), ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
- Implement and support projects for global and regional IT implementations tools like SAP ECC, Veeva, SFMC, BI, Data analytics, optimization business process, Power BI, etc.
- Continuously collaborate with Key Staheholders to understand busness needs and propose techbonlogies initiatives as develop dashboards, chatbots, and automation tools to enhance commercial efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to align on business needs and tech solutions, identify potential issues, performance challenges and risks.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefits analysis and impact assessments.
- Prepare business cases and create anual budget forecast for commercial site technology solutions.
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 8+ years in IT roles related to commercial, procurement, finance, big data, or digital transformation.
- 5+ years in project or release planning or project-management roles.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong knowledge of SAP, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), Python, SQL.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Agile/Scrum/DevOps certifications are a plus.
