Our Team, Your Impact

The Brand Manager for the Oncology and Biosimilars line will be responsible for leading the comprehensive portfolio strategy, driving its growth, positioning, and accessibility in the market. The role combines strategic thinking, a deep understanding of the oncology ecosystem and the biosimilars business, cross-functional leadership, and excellence in execution to maximize the brand’s clinical and commercial impact.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Brand Strategy and Business Development

  • Design and implement strategic and tactical plans for the oncology and biosimilars portfolio.
  • Identify growth opportunities across institutions, payers, and special markets.
  • Lead the full product life cycle: launches, indication expansions, maturation, and competitive defense.
  • Design marketing campaigns and commercial tools tailored to treatment lines and target segments.
  • Develop value-driven initiatives for key decision-makers, including leading oncologists, department heads, institutions, payers, and scientific societies. Create promotional and scientific materials in compliance with local regulations and compliance standards.Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access teams to develop reimbursement strategies, pricing approaches, and value models for payers.

Your Skills and Experience

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in marketing or product roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in oncology, specialty care, or biosimilars is desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of the institutional channel, social security/health insurance systems, payers, and high-cost care models.

Technical Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the biosimilars business: adoption dynamics, interchangeability, prescribing, and access barriers.

  • Advanced skills in market analysis, forecasting, business cases, and insights methodologies.

  • Knowledge of regulatory standards, compliance requirements, and industry codes of ethics.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred.

Language

  • Conversational-level proficiency in English.
