Responsibilities

 

•    Support daily supply chain operations to ensure continuous product availability
•    Assist in demand forecasting and supply planning activities
•    Monitor inventory levels and contribute to effective stock management
•    Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners
•    Manage orders, deliveries, and distribution-related tasks
•    Maintain accurate data and documentation in ERP systems (SAP)
•    Track batch expiry dates and support stock rotation processes
•    Ensure compliance with GDP standards and internal procedures
•    Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Quality, Finance, and Commercial
•    Prepare basic reports and KPIs related to supply chain performance
•    Support audits and inspections with required documentation
•    Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects

Requirements

 

•    University degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
•    Relevant experience in supply or order management, ideally in dynamic industries such as pharmaceuticals
•    Strong MS Excel skills; experience with reporting or data analysis tools is an advantage
•    Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
•    Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong customer focus
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
•    High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and commitment to delivering high-quality work
