We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Manager to join our team and provide end-to-end IT support across our site, ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of IT and communication systems within a regulated (GxP) manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide comprehensive IT and communication systems support across all company functions (Quality, Production, Finance, etc.)
  • Act as a substitute system administrator for GxP systems, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Administer and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure in close collaboration with Global/Corporate IT teams
  • Ensure secure user access management for GxP equipment in line with GMP standards
  • Deliver 24/7 technical support when required and serve as a key point of contact for IT security matters
  • Coordinate IT support for local and global projects, acting as site owner where applicable
  • Ensure effective data backup, system security, and implementation of new IT solutions
  • Prepare and manage IT operational plans, budgets (Opex), and capital investment projects (Capex)
  • Manage IT documentation, SOPs, inventories, and ensure audit readiness
  • Provide user training on IT systems and ensure compliance with corporate IT, GMP, and FDA requirements
  • Maintain responsibility for all computerized systems at site level
  • Actively participate in the Site Leadership Team (SLT), aligning IT initiatives with business objectives
  • Support occupational health, safety, environmental protection, and ISO standards within the IT function

Requirements

 

  • Higher education in Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience across a broad range of IT systems, preferably within Quality and Manufacturing Operations
  • Proven experience in IT systems administration, network, hardware, and software support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and process-oriented mindset
  • Experience working in regulated (GxP/GMP) environments is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and global teams
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Flexibility to support 24/7 production systems and occasional outside-of-hours support
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
