The opportunity


Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in a fast-paced and rewarding environment? We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage high-volume operation and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
 

Main responsibilities:

    Plan, implement, and coordinate invoicing processes for the allocated portfolio of customers.
    Handle and process a substantial volume of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
    Act as a key liaison, maintaining strong cooperation to streamline outbound logistics activities.
    Monitor and manage inventory flows to align with client demand, proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, fostering trust and long-term partnerships through expert guidance and effective issue resolution.
    Proactively identify and communicate potential supply and demand risks early, implementing solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
    Drive the establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service and acting as a support and primary point of contact for customers in relation to other departments.
    Assist existing clients with their technical questions, ensure they receive all requested deliveries on time, and monitor the status of their requests.
 

Main requirements:

    A university degree, preferably in Logistics or a related field.  
    Proven experience in supply and order management, ideally within dynamic industries such as pharmaceuticals.  
    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.  
    Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis, reporting tools.  
    Fluency in English. 
    5+ years of logistics, supply chain or operations experience 
    Proactive and results-oriented, with a willingness to assist customers and provide prompt service.  
    Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.  
    Attention to details, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
