The opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Business Assistant to join our team in Bucharest. In this newly created role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to managers and department personnel, playing a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations within an expanding and dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for events and departmental activities, including coordination with the travel agency, booking accommodation and flights, and ensuring all related information is updated in internal systems.
- Organize files, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records across various platforms.
- Support management by preparing contracts, documentation, and expense reports.
- Collect, structure, and prepare information for dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Scan, archive, and manage documents related to department operations.
- Ensure timely and high quality execution of assigned reports.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, information sheets, and leaflets for colleagues and customers.

Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical companies.
- Experience working cross functionally or in a matrix organization.
Qualifications:
- University degree.
- Fluent English is required.
