The opportunity

 

We are seeking a Market Access and Portfolio Director .

 

The role of Market Access and Portfolio Associate Director is responsible for overall development of strategies for market access, pricing and reimbursement of Teva products by approaching opportunities in close collaboration with other relevant functions and stakeholders. The role manages and contributes to activities concerning healthcare legislation and regulation to shape the external environment for the benefit of patients, customers and the business. Provides health economics and reimbursement market analysis as appropriate for new portfolio development opportunities.

 

How you’ll spend your day

 

•    Develop and implement Market Access strategies in line with business goals, corporate policies and external stakeholder needs
•    Partnering with key stakeholders:  Ministry of Health, National Drug Agency, National Health Insurance House on all matters related to pricing and reimbursement
•    Work closely with business stakeholders (e.g. KOLs, HCPs, Health Authorities), including mapping and process flow for reimbursement processes
•    Implement at the local level the Global strategy for new brands/launches and established portfolio
•    Development of Business Cases and manage the whole approval price process for new products and established portfolio
•    Development and submission of the reimbursement dossiers, including processing of monthly market data and relevant reports
•    Sumbission of the relevant documentation to NHIH for clawback
•    Market Access input for products and support offered to the commercial team in aspects regarding pricing and reimbursement
•    Provide  price list/clawback rates  for the budget proces; Budget preparation for Market acces/Portfolio management function/ Price maintenance for the whole portfolio
•    Provide relevant information for the supply/demand forecast for local portfolio
•    Collect, analyze, interpret all necessary information regarding developments that might impact the pricing and reimbursement situation and assure that this information is exchanged within the organization (local and international).
•    Support pre-launch and new products launch activities with meaningful market access activities information

 

Main stakeholders

 

Internal: Country and regional Management Teams, Commercial, Medical Affairs Departments, etc.
External: KOLs, authorities, governmental officials, industry associations, wholesalers, market data service providers.

Specific role requirements

 

•    University degree
•    Proficiency in English
•    At least 7-10 years’ professional experience and acumen in healthcare industry preferrably in Market Access/ Health Economics/Commercial areas.
•    Relevant knowledge in the fields of healthcare services, health economics, governmental officials and evidence-based medicine.
