Job Description
The new Digital Channels Manager will support long-term, sustainable company revenue growth in Romania market by optimizing multi-channel campaigns for the best ROI.
The right candidate will be a scrappy, versatile master of many trades with a vast toolkit of knowledge about strategies that work across digital marketing touchpoints and channels, including email marketing, content marketing, web marketing, SEO, PPC, social media optimization, paid social advertising and even PR/editorial. With a unique blend of smart analysis, creative thinking, and agile execution the Digital Marketer will create campaigns that delight and deliver results.
• Responsible for maintaining excellent digital platform expertise as a key in-market resource for field-based commercial teams or customers.
• Establish and manage formal feedback channels, both to/from market, in collaboration with commercial and Medical teams.
• Maintains strong understanding of back-office systems (Veeva) to inform and guide product roadmap.
• Execute against multi-channel CRM and media strategies including digital marketing strategies and programs.
• Contributing to brand strategy and owning implementation and execution of brand strategy and marketing mix .
• Understanding trends and bringing new channels and innovation to HCP marketing
• Manage media and creative agencies, provide strategic direction to the agencies to optimize marketing mix, balancing ROI and impact of brand
• Responsible for supporting several digital initiatives on various channels to efficiently and effectively drive qualified leads to sales.
• Develop new campaigns to respond to seasonality, special announcements, and product launches.
• Providing day-to-day oversight and tactical support for existing communications channels and resources weekly e-newsletters, targeted emails, and Stream video channels
• Researching and recommending improvements to current channels based on industry trends and best practices
To qualify for this role, you must possess the following:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience in an agency, corporate communications, or digital marketing
• Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills
• Self-motivation and attention to detail
• Advanced English language
The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit: Digital communications
• Stakeholder/customer engagement
• Change management experience
