Our Team, Your Impact

  • End‑to‑end ownership of international import, export, and customs operations in a regulated pharma environment
  • Hands‑on exposure to EU and non‑EU trade flows, bonded warehousing, and customs clearance
  • Close cooperation with global manufacturing sites, HUBs, forwarders, customs brokers, finance, QA/QP, and authorities High-visibility role critical for product availability, compliance and cash flow
  • Opportunity to build strong expertise in customs, trade compliance, SAP/Ariba and export documentation
  • Dynamic role combining planning, coordination, documentation and problem‑solving

Temporary (6-month contract), with possibility to be prolonged

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end inbound and outbound logistics operations, including imports, exports, and re‑export
  • Manage customs clearance activities and ensure timely, compliant processing of standard and free‑of‑charge shipments
  • Prepare, verify and control logistics and customs documentation in line with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate logistics activities, with manufacturing sites, HUBs, freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouse, finance, QA/QP, and customer service
  • Create and manage PRs/POs in SAP ECC and Ariba for logistics, customs, and warehouse services
  • Process logistics‑related invoices and support finance coordination and cost allocation
  • Maintain accurate import/export records and provide regular logistics and inventory reporting
  • Proactively identify and resolve logistics and documentation issues impacting supply continuity

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or trade operations, preferably in a regulated industry (pharma, chemicals, FMCG)
  • Strong understanding of import/export processes and customs clearance
  • Practical experience with shipping documentation and international transport
  • Working knowledge of SAP (ECC) and with Ariba (procurement systems)
  • Coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with complex documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel flows and tight deadlines
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)

Also Good to Have

  • Direct experience with pharmaceutical logistics
  • Exposure to controlled drugs, free‑of‑charge shipments, or bonded warehouses
  • Knowledge of customs regulations in Serbia and EU trade
  • Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and authorities
  • Experience with Readsoft or similar invoice workflow tools
  • Advanced Excel / reporting skills
