Job Description

  • Manage and liaise with external office vendors.  Areas include general office maintenance, office supplies, couriers, etc.
  • Support Accounting for payment and documentation
  • Ensure office fixed assets are in good condition and responsible for annual physical count
  • Provide admin support to management team (i.e. travel arrangements, scheduling, etc.)
  • Ensure and maintain adequate supplies within office
  • Answer incoming phone calls and where necessary, advise the callers or re-direct calls to respective parties
  • Other projects and duties as required/assigned

Regulatory Affairs Support

  • Assist to obtain regulatory submission dossier and regulatory documents e.g. approval letter, IDL etc.
  • Assist regulatory project manager with regulatory operation activities, including coordination of translation, proofreading, sample importance and submission dossier preparation etc.
  • Assist regulatory project managers with regulatory intelligence related works, including new regulation analysis, regulatory status survey and competitor information etc.

Government Affairs Support

  • GA application document preparation, including price application, reimbursement negotiation profile, bidding process profile etc.
  • GA activities support, including agreement review, third party communication, and internal approval process pass through.
  • Support GA manager for healthcare policy collection, and data analysis.


  • Diploma to Tertiary education,
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (written, spoken)
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in multi-national companies or service industry in MNC setting
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
  • A self-starter and have a hands-on approach and a strong “can-do” attitude.  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
  • Demonstrate professional communication across all levels
  • Ability to multi-task and manage ambiguity
  • Teamwork/collaboration and ability to work effectively with numerous interfaces
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and detailed oriented
