How you’ll spend your day
At Tapi, this role combines HR site partner responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organizational development and capabilities building to drive business results.
- Develop and implement a people plans strategy aligned with the site objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle and experience.
- Drive performance management and rewards practices.
- Lead organizational changes and cultural transformations.
- Design and deliver wellbeing programs and local initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and leadership.
- Collaborate across the HR network to resolve issues and generate solutions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Lead learning organizational capabilities solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders for needs analyses and solution scoping.
- Curate resources, design curriculum, and apply innovative methodologies.
- Create effective learning experiences using advanced instructional tools.
Your experience and qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner / HR Manager in the industry
- 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- Ability to translate changing business objectives into effective HR plans.
- Proven track record in organizational change management.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- High level of drive, resilience, and self-motivation with a positive attitude.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
