Teva Pharmaceuticals International GmbH is looking for a Supply Chain Operation Manger responsible for Operations planning and executional accountability of TPIG products portfolio in all stages, in order to achieve high service level, ensure business continuity across product network.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure all operation activities are executed in timely manner
- Ensure cash flow management is aligned with TPIG strategy, perform monthly analysis and communicate overview, highlight potential issues and participate in finding solutions
- Collecting and consolidating information, in order to execute buying activity with suppliers
- Ensure all selling activities to customer are checked and maintained, in order to handle in system and align transportation with proper transport method
- Ensure all necessary information are provided by Supply Chain management team, highlighting potential risk and collaborating with other department and finding potential solutions
- Ensure inventory reconciliation is performed in SAP based on schedule, review and maintain all necessary information with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure artwork governance for creating and maintaining correct version of each artwork is followed, execute necessary system changes and release
- Ensure all activities are executed according to compliance and EU GDP guidelines, local TPIG SOPs
- Leading and coaching, developing operation team (3-4 persons)
- Analyses supply chain process and identify potential solution to mitigate risk, improve efficiency of process
- Lead and communicate overall status and issue across network, drive alignment and execution of complex issue with stakeholders
Your experience and qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or similar
- 3-7 years of working experience in a comparable position, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent Business English, good communication skill, and team player
- Knowledge of Window offices and SAP. MDG and Control Tower is plus
- Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain
- Knowledge in GxP requirement
- Experience in multi-national environment
- Well-organized, structured, independent and accurate person, with the ability to prioritize tasks and conflicts
