Job Description

  • Responsible for Whole Bangkok area / Generics Portfolio
  • Manage and control all sales activities in the assigned areas and accountable for results of a team
  • Plan & implement coaching schedule; prepare coaching session to each team members; identify the best coaching method for each Sales Representative; Identify training need to ensure the Sales Representative productivity and quality.
  • Control and monitor all operations activities; prepare weekly report and monthly report each area and team members; Monitor medical institutions survey and products availability.
  • Prepare, execute, and coordinate marketing program as such as scientific programs, and coordinate market visit with team members to ensure the operations objectives.
  • Maintain relationship with HCPs and distributors, medical institutions; conduct some activities to promote Teva’s products in medical institutions.
  • Maintain and update medical & product knowledge of the team members.
  • To have deep understanding of company compliance policies and implement it in the marketing program activities in their respective area

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical, or related Degrees
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry in Supervisor position
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in managing broad and complex product portfolios preferred
  • Experience in multiple therapeutic areas (such as Oncology, Respiratory, Psychiatry, etc.)
  • Have deep knowledge and successful track record with the Hospital Authority
  • Good networking with healthcare professionals and others
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities
  • Must have analytical and negotiation skills
  • Leadership Skill
  • Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Able to represent a company with professionalism and confidence
  • Integrity
