Job Description

  • Lead, control and provide IT application support and services to production Facility (Ayutthaya site) and Commercial site in Bangkok site.
  • SAP Basis & business application support:
    • Handling SAP issue , and if required - escalating to the respective team (external / internal team)
    • Handling custom report request, and if required - escalating to the respective team (external / internal team)
    • Supporting local and global initiatives related with the business applications, define user requirements and provided initial recommendation / suggestion
  • Ensure high levels of system and data availability.
  • Provide IT budget plan and ensure that the IT strategy is implemented effectively within the approved budget.
  • Plan, develop, and implement effective IT systems and application support to Operational and Commercial business.
  • Ensure that the IT application is in compliance to the corporate IT policies and standards. 
  • IT application assets monitoring and control, including keeping track of assets, timely maintenance and proper utilization, vendor co-ordination etc.
  • Knowledge of Computer system validation, GMP and GxP Guidelines, Documentation practices & activities.
  • Maintaining back-up of programs /data files/ software and other business critical data.
  • Co- ordinate with vendors for new purchase / proposal related to systems department.
  • Application Support Management. Interact with users to provide extensive support to resolve operational problems.
  • To ensure delivery of IT applications training to all users, in order to leverage user’s computer skill and knowledge.
  • Plan, lead any improvement projects (IT and non IT) in order to deliver better support in Operation and Sales & Marketing operations.


  • Bachelor's Degree – Computer Management.
  • 5 years’ experience as IT personnel including 2 years as Supervisor level.
  • Excellent command in English.
  • Experiences in multinational company with international exposure environment.
  • Strategic planning, problem-solving skill.
  • Ability to maintain corporate policy and related local regulations.
  • Communication Skills: people development, coaching, interpersonal skill, presentation skill.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical industry would be advantage.
  • SAP Technical Knowledge: SAP Basis and some SAP functional module (FICO, SD, PP).
