Our Team, Your Impact

We are looking for a Sr. Manager IBP program integration to join our Global Supply Chain IBP business integration team.  Reporting to the End-to-End Global Business Owner (E2E GBO), this role will drive business adoption, organizational change management, and capability development to embed IBP decision-making into daily operations. The successful candidate will ensure the IBP framework is not only implemented, but fully utilized, embraced, and sustained across Teva markets and site

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Support GBOs with ongoing IBP governance, adoption monitoring, and issue resolution
  • Support global adoption of IBP Ways of Working, focusing on communication, change readiness, culture, and behavioural alignment
  • Ensure all Supply Chain functions consistently adopt IBP-based decision-making processes
  • Partner with GBOs to embed IBP governance, routines, and accountability structures
  • Identify and remove barriers preventing effective business usage of new IBP processes and tools
  • Act as a bridge between process design and operational execution to ensure real business value realization
  • Manage global and regional communication plans and stakeholder engagement frameworks
  • Conduct structured change impact assessments and organizational readiness checks
  • Coach SMEs on change leadership and role modelling

Your Skills and Experience

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics or Statistics, preferably specialization or Master’s degree in Supply Chain management
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Supply Chain area (Preferably Pharma, Consumer Goods or Consulting), demonstrated proficiency in Supply Chain Planning
  • English: fluent, both spoken and written (interview in English)
  • Advance Planning Systems (SAP IBP, SAP APO or any other similar software related to supply chain planning)
  • Excel Proficiency
