How you’ll spend your day

  • Lead Cross functional and multi-site strategic initiatives by collaborating with various functions.
  • Develop Comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, milestones etc.
  • Utilize data analytics & metrics to assess the performance of Projects & Processes, identify bottlenecks & propose data driven solutions.
  • Drive customer feedback survey in GBS & facilitate the projects with respective functional leads
  • Collaborate with functions to prepare management reports/ Status reports/ MIS
  • Set up a strong governance to drive project deliverables, manage various stakeholder expectations & navigate to drive end objectives proactively.
  • Oversee & Manage transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, scope, budget & quality
  • Identify & mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives to minimize potential disruptions
  • Foster collaboration and Communication among various teams & departments to ensure alignments with transformation goals
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition during transformation initiatives, including communication, training & stakeholder engagement.
  • Address & resolve issues/Conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Develop strategies to ensure that changes implemented during transformation are sustained & remain effective in long term

Your experience and qualifications

  • University education in Finance / HR / Operations required
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma expertise, Green Belt.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI and Advanced MS Excel /Tableau.
  • Minimum experience of 6 to 12 years in project management roles.
  • Skilled in Change management, Communication and Organizational capability building.
  • Data drive decision making and Strong analytical skills
  • Preferred project Management professional (PMP) certification
