Our Team, Your Impact

• BI Solutions Delivery Manager is a hands‑on role responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of Tableau analytics solutions for all North America (NA) business units. This position is explicitly an independent contributor (IC) role with no direct people management, focused on solution delivery, stakeholder engagement, and execution excellence.
• The role serves as the single delivery owner for Tableau‑based analytics across NA, partnering closely with business leaders, Commercial Analytics, Sales Operations, and IT to deliver high‑quality, cloud‑based Tableau dashboards and insights that meet enterprise analytical needs. 

Primary purpose and function of this position
•    Own end‑to‑end delivery of Tableau analytics solutions across NA business units.
•    Act as the primary point of accountability for requirements intake, solution design coordination, delivery execution, and business adoption.
•    Lead Tableau Cloud–based analytics delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and business‑ready.
•    Serve as a trusted analytics delivery partner to senior stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable Tableau solutions.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

•    Lead the end to end delivery lifecycle of Tableau dashboards and analytical solutions, from intake through production release and adoption.
•    Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, KPIs, success metrics, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
•    Ensure Tableau dashboards are business focused, intuitive, performant, and aligned to standardized definitions.
•    Manage delivery across multiple NA business units, balancing priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
•    Provide clear status updates, manage risks/issues, and proactively communicate delivery progress including managing JIRA, sprint reporting
•    Create, maintain, and govern solution and architecture documentation in Confluence, including Tableau solution designs, data source architecture, delivery standards, and operational runbooks, ensuring documentation is current and accessible to business and IT stakeholders.
•    Leverage delivery artifacts generated through JIRA, with a minimum of 2+ years of hands‑on experience using JIRA for demand intake, backlog management, sprint planning, execution tracking, and release coordination.
•    Develop a project management process to assess LOE and assign work as needed to keep pipeline full
•    Run service now and Jira reports and analyze for customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
•    Troubleshoot any data-related issues as well as provide production support
•    Provide ongoing training to peers and user community sharing best practices

Your Skills and Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 10+ years relevant experience 
•    10+ years relevant professional experience covering advanced BI, data science, statistical analysis, or enterprise reporting
•    5+ years of experience as a Tableau Administrator and Architect
•    1+ Year of hands‑on experience using JIRA for demand intake, backlog management, sprint planning, execution tracking, and release coordination.
•    Proven experience delivering Tableau Cloud dashboards and supporting cloud migrations.
•    Pharmaceutical industry experience (Commercial, Sales, or Analytics domains required).
•    Hands on experience with IQVIA and Symphony healthcare data sources.
•    Experience in setting up repositories, users, and security management
•    Experience in developing complex SQL code including stored procedures & views
•    Experience with all features of Tableau Data Sources, Extracts, Variety of Data Visualizations
•    Knowledge in Tableau server best practices: including administration, security & clustering
•    Must work well in highly collaborative, matrixed and team oriented environment
•    Demonstrated experience in project estimation and planning 
•    Experience in consulting a plus

•    Commercial pharmaceuticals industry experience recommended

•    Effective decision-making and critical thinking skills for problem identification and solution recommendation
•    Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud and Tableau Server experience
•    SQL Development Skiils, (Vertica database experience preferred)
•    Experience working in AWS or Azure Cloud environments
•    Data Analysis, Engineering, Data integration expertise
•    Proficiency with MS Office tools and applications
•    Experience or familiarity with development and integration technologies such as TOAD, SQL Developer, DB Visualizer, Power Center, Snap Logic, etc. Preferred
•    Familiaritty or experience with SalesForce.com or Veeva CRM (Optional)
