The opportunity

  • The candidate will be a seasoned Supply Chain Planning Business Analyst professional. 
  • The Candidate must have sound knowledge of End-to-End S&OP process, Demand & Supply Planning functions, with sound business judgment, knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, and a proven track record of performance. 
  • She /he will be operationally involved and attuned to the urgency, pace and energy of the organization.
  • She /he will be a professional with proven S&OP business process and analytical skills and the ability to manage operational tasks in the most efficient and effective way. 
  • She /he has a good understanding of SCM Planning & Operational systems – SAP ECC, APO, IBP & SAC, must have the urge to improve quality and processes. 
  • She /he will contribute to team efforts by successfully performing tasks that have been allocated, keeping everyone informed of progress.
  • Communication and (internal) stakeholder management with higher management levels within the Global Teva organization is required in this process.

How you’ll spend your day

  • As a L1 Support to the Business for S&OP Planning functions, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Commercial consolidation process of Teva Integrated Business Process.
  • Perform day-to-day process for S&OP planning operations of Demand & Supply Planning in the SAP ECC, APO, IBP & SAC Planning systems, using data flow and functional knowledge along with an understanding of business processes to guide users on the proper use of those functions and systems. 
  • Conduct and support ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
  • Provide L1 support for Job monitoring, Incident and Problem resolution, assist the Business Planners with the use of functions and features, and provide related training and guidance.
  • As a L1 support will be first line for contact to support business in S&OP Planning operations by responding to inquiries, fulfilling help requests, coordinating with technical teams, system access and authorization and provide end user system support for SAP ECC, APO, IBP and SAC 
  • Perform Data integration validation and investigation between different system as – SAP ECC, APO, IBP and SAC for Master Data and Transaction Data.
  • Communicate to all stake holders based on time and activity specific tasks.
  • Prepare Analytics Chats and Matrix based reports

Your experience and qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree, as BBA, MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Operations is required.  
•    2-5 years of work experience in Supply Chain Planning & Operations from Manufacturing, BPO, KPO are preferred.
•    Industry preference is Pharmaceutical / Health Care / Life Science.
•    Functional knowledge in SAP ECC, APO, IBP and SAC planning tools are required.
•    Experience with Data integration, validation and management between different SAP systems.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, result oriented with a keen attention to detail.
•    Excellent command of verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across global regions.
•    Proficient in MS office tools as MS Excel, Word, Power Point. 
•    Strong commitment to data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
•    Excellent collaboration with colleagues within the local organization and with the colleagues of the global business service to support the overall organisation goals and objectives
