The opportunity

In this position, you are part of the Finance GBS Team and work closely with the Internal GBS team, COE team, Global Controlling / Finance directors, Finance Leads and Supply chain team. Opportunity identification, stakeholder collaboration, and foundational BI support

How you’ll spend your day

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities where data and analytics can drive value
  • Lead efforts to define and document analytical requirements, KPIs, and data sources across functions
  • Support the design and implementation of foundational BI dashboards and reporting tools
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Build prototypes and proof-of-concept models to demonstrate the potential of advanced analytics
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data availability, quality, and governance
  • Develop a roadmap for scaling analytics capabilities, including predictive modeling and automation
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture by promoting best practices and data literacy
  • Process documentations and certifications – will have to ensure that all process is appropriately documented and periodically certified by team members on regular basis.
  • Support systems implementation and modification to existing system and ensure timely delivery of all system testing and validation.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business/Administration, Education, Technical, Finance, MBA, Information Technology
  • 5+ years of experience PowerBI and Macros a
  • Exploratory and strategic nature—someone who can help shape our analytics journey from the ground up
  • Identifying use cases, supporting BI/reporting design, and building prototypes rather than deploying full-scale models
  • Business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and flexibility
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
