The opportunity
This role focuses on enabling India GCC leadership through strong narratives, executive communication, and coordinated reporting and engagement across pan-India initiatives
How you’ll spend your day
- Support India GCC leadership in building and articulating the India growth narrative, including strategy, capability expansion, and value delivered.
- Develop and support executive-ready presentations, leadership decks, and summaries for monthly and quarterly forums.
- Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders (Business, GCC, Finance, HR, IT, Compliance,etc) into clear, concise leadership updates.
- Prepare monthly India reports and leadership briefs, highlighting progress, key outcomes, risks, and priorities.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning of India initiatives across leadership forums.
- Support and facilitate pan-India initiatives, leadership events, townhalls, and offsites, including agenda and content coordination.
- Provide context on process excellence, transitions, and operating model initiatives, translating them into business-relevant insights.
- Act as a thought partner to leadership on how India’s story is positioned internally and with global stakeholders.
Your experience and qualifications
- 14+ years of experience in GCC / GBS, transformation, operations, strategy, or leadership enablement roles.
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership communications, presentations, or business reviews.
- Exposure to process excellence, transition programs, or large-scale change initiatives.
- Experience working in a matrix, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced certification preferred but not mandatory
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex topics.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and leadership-level presentation design.
- Ability to synthesize information quickly from diverse teams and viewpoints.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across functions and seniority levels.
- Structured thinking with attention to clarity, flow, and messaging.
- Good understanding of process excellence, transitions, or GCC operating models (conceptual, not execution-heavy).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deliverables (monthly reporting, decks, events)
