The opportunity

Day-to-Day support activites for Customer Master (Master Data Management) Integrations, Informatica Power Center integrations, and RMS (Roster Management System) application. Activites include but not limited to Incident Resolution, Service Request Delivery, Design and Development of new Features and Functionality, etc.

How you’ll spend your day

•    Partner with internal and external clients to define user requirements for Service Requests and Projects.
•    Manage the day-to-day operations of the Customer Master, Informatica MDM/PC applications & Roster Management System.
•    Design, develop and implement MDM solutions using Informatica Power Center and MDM technologies.
•    Monitor and ensure that the Customer Master and Roster Management applications are performing optimally.
•    Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the MDM application.
•    Troubleshoot any data related issues as well as provide support to production.
•    Document steps needed to move repository objects between various environments including Development, QA, and Production.
•    Provide regular project updates to business analysts and management as needed.
•    Communicate issues, risks, and concerns proactively to management.
•    Document ETL/MDM processes thoroughly to allow peers to assist with support as needed.
•    Manage projects from design to implementation.

Your experience and qualifications

Education and Knowledge Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 5+ years relevant experience. 
•    Minimum 5 years of experience as a Developer; minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead or Senior Developer. 
•    Must have designed/architected and implemented minimum 2 end-to-end Informatica MDM/Informatica MDM engagements including Business Data director(BDD) / Informatica Data Director (IDD).
•    Must have hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing Informatica MDM solution involving M&M, IDD, Hierarchy Manager, Real Time & Batch integration.
•    Experience in tools like IDQ, Trillium, address standardization tools with Informatica MDM and Reltio. 
•    Experience in job automation, JBoss application administration and job orchestration using Automic UC4
•    Experience with Tools like Toad DataPoint, Eclipse, and SoapUl/Postman
•    Strong understanding of Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Architecture and Master Data Management, Project Life Cycle phases, best practices and processes
•    Thorough understanding on designing and creating ETL processes using Informatica Powercenter, Snaplogic, Oracle scripts and DMExpress
•    Fluent with Oracle (SQL & PLSQL) and Java programming skills
•    Good analysis and troubleshooting skills including the ability to make recommendations for remediation
•    Demonstrated experience of project estimation and planning. 
•    Effective decision-making and critical thinking skills for problem identification and solution recommendation. 
•    Ability to be flexible, set priorities and meet deadlines in a changing environment for self and team. 
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team while demonstrating initiative and using good business judgment.
•    Pharmaceuticals industry experience and knowledge a plus.

•    RPA Automation, Big Data knowledge (Optional)
•    Familiaritty or experience with SalesForce.com or Veeva CRM (Optional)
