Our Team, Your Impact

Collaborate with business stakeholders to support U.S. Sales and Commercial Operations. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline workflows, ensure proper data integration, and establish best practices for managing production processes internally. 
Support CDW operations by managing and enhancing integrations across CRM, Master Data Management (MDM), Multichannel Marketing platforms, Data Lake environments, and third-party systems. 
Design, develop, and configure new integrations and processes to improve system efficiency and business outcomes as needed.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

•    Provide analytical support across the design, implementation, evaluation, and deployment of solutions; identify and leverage opportunities to enhance planning, reporting, and data processes. 
•    Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline workflows, ensure proper data integration, and establish best practices for managing incentive compensation processes in-house. 
•    Conduct data research, investigation, and analysis to resolve issues and support informed operational and strategic decision-making. 
•    Support and implement Sales Planning initiatives across multiple brands and sales forces. 
•    Maintain and monitor CDW data, processes, and Data Lake integrations; report on data quality, pipeline reliability, and process performance. 
•    Partner with internal and external teams to ensure the integrity, availability, and performance of the CDW technical platform and connected data ecosystems. 
•    Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring all project and service request deliverables meet defined specifications and quality standards. 
•    Manage service requests and projects end-to-end, from design through development, testing, and implementation. 
•    Design and implement automation for data workflows and application processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy. 
•    Provide regular project updates to business analysts and management, ensuring transparency and alignment. 
•    Proactively communicate risks, issues, and dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies to management.

Your Skills and Experience

Education and Knowledge Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 4+ years relevant experience. 
•    Minimum 3 years of experience as a Developer
•    Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Commercial Pharmaceutical environment. 
•    Minimum 3 years of experience developing SQL. Vertica databse experience preferred. 
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in working with global cross-functional teams preferred
•    Demonstrated experience in project estimation and planning. 
•    Pharma Commercial Data Knowledge and experience required
•    DataLake, DataBricks, ADF experience and knowledge a big plus.

Skills and Capabilities
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and business stakeholders. 
•    Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; experience with Vertica databases is preferred. 
•    Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and sound business judgment. 
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
•    Effective decision-making and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify problems and recommend practical solutions. 
•    Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, including data storage and processing frameworks (e.g., Data Lake). 
•    Solid expertise in data analysis, data engineering, and data integration. 
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and applications. 
•    Familiarity or experience with Salesforce.com or Veeva CRM is a plus. 
•    Experience with development and integration tools such as TOAD, SQL Developer, DB Visualizer, Informatica PowerCenter, SnapLogic, or similar technologies is preferred.
