Expertise on: ServiceNow Development concepts

How you’ll spend your day

Candidate should have strong knowledge on:
1.    Business Communication and strong knowledge on SDLC process
2.    Good control on ServiceNow core development concepts:
3.    Strong ServiceNow base structure knowledge (table dictionaries, extend tables, Dictionary override)
4.    Update sets
5.    ServiceNow API based java scripts
6.    Client side and Server-Side scripts and associated concepts. Strong knowledge of scripting.
7.    Good control in integration concepts and good knowledge on ServiceNow connectors with other applications.
8.    Having good knowledge on Automation activities.
9.    Strong knowledge on service catalogs workflows flow designer and automating flows.
10.    Service Portal Knowledge (Agent workspace is optional but preferable)
11.    Implementation knowledge on ITSM and NON ITSM modules. (Non ITSM modules includes HRSM ,CSM, GRM, Facility, Agentic AI, Now Assist AI…etc).
12.    Experience on ServiceNow projects operational support activities.
