Job Description

  • Creation of Capital projects in ERP
  • Perform Project closure activities and Asset capitalization
  • Record Fixed asset retirements, sales, transfers, accelerated depreciation.
  • Monitoring construction in progress accounts and following up with local Finance partners as required
  • Ensuring that fixed asset transactions are posted in a timely manner
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports for USGAAP Fixed Asset register of multiple entities
  • Assist in preparing monthly Capex reports
  • Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations with accurate supporting document
  • Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger
  • Preparing fixed asset reports and maintaining documentation in a manner that facilitates the efficient audit review
  • Support with additional/ adhoc responsibilities as per organizations requirement as and when required


  • University education in Accounting or Finance required
  • Minimum experience of 4 years of  complex accounting experience
  • Preferably familiar with USGAAP
  • Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley Act and/or internal control concepts
  • Experience with Oracle/SAP or any other ERPs
  • Good understanding of accounting processes.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in English, other language is a plus
