Job Description

• Engineering/Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent field
• Leading certifications in Networking (CCNA, CCIE etc)
• 3-5 years of experience in Network operations
• Global enterprise experience preferred
• Highly knowledgableinnetwork technologies (WAN, datacenter networks and campus LAN).
• Good understanding of following technologies: IP Protocols (ICMP, UDP, TCP); IP filtering and firewalling; Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF); Quality of Service; MPLS; Ethernet
• Experience with Cisco, HP/Aruba, Riverbed tools and technologies.
• Basic understanding of VMware Virtualization, Storage Area Networks, Hyperconverged Systems and Operating Systems (Windows and Unix/Linux).


• Network services (WAN, Campus LAN and Datacenter);
o IP Protocols; Routing Protocols; MPLS; Cisco Nexus; MDS series, Wireless AP’s, Aruba Access, Riverbed tools
o VMware Virtualization, Storage Area Networks, Hyperconverged Systems and Operating Systems (Windows and Unix/Linux).

• Provide level 1-2 support for network services and requests.
• Installation of network hardware and software.
• Proactively monitor and ensure performance and availability.
• Respond to critical network incidents and take ownership of the tickets and work through to resolution.
• Open problem ticket with device vendors and service providers and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform configuration changes and maintenance activities.
• Represent changes in CAB meetings.
• Monitor and perform maintenance of network devices and tools.
• Familiar with IT Service MAangement (ITSM) processes.
